​​Why Breathing?
Because we can--unlike some victims of Covid-19, racial violence and fire smoke. I want to contribute to our being healthy, centered and connected. Breath is a key source of vital energy. We’ll build and balance this energy.
Over 17 years of daily practice and 9 years of teaching others, I’ve seen these practices reduce anxiety, calm the mind and support health.  I’ve learned their underlying framework during my basic and advanced certifications as a yoga instructor.
